Manbir S. Chowdhary has successfully litigated against some of the nation’s largest employers in both state and federal court. He regularly represents employees and executives in all areas of labor and employment law, including wrongful termination, contract negotiation, trade secret litigation, discrimination claims, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, employee mobility, and wage & hour matters.

Mr. Chowdhary’s experience also includes the prosecution and defense of contractual disputes, business torts, and the enforcement of partner/shareholder rights. His business litigation clients include real estate developers, sportswear manufacturers, chemical distributors, Fortune 500 executives, healthcare organizations, and software companies.

A tireless advocate on behalf of his clients, Mr. Chowdhary has earned the recognition of his peers as a thorough and aggressive litigator. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Chowdhary serves as general counsel to companies in the technology, manufacturing, and automation sectors. As general counsel, Mr. Chowdhary has a deep understanding of his clients’ business operations and oversees legal compliance, risk management, KPIs, employment processes, protection of trade secrets, master service and vendor agreements, business alliances and acquisitions.

Mr. Chowdhary is a graduate of USC Gould School of Law, and a former legislative aide to the Lt. Governor of California. He is licensed to practice law in California and New York.
